You may have noticed that we hired an account coordinator a little while back.
You can find her here.
Or somewhere in here.
And maybe, just maybe, right around here.
She’s Anaïs Cooper-Hackman!
And she rocks. Anaïs joined the ChatterBlast fam in September. A smart and savvy lady, she’s a proud Temple University graduate with a degree in Media Studies and Production. (Editor’s Note: With a dual concentration in Emergent Media and International Communication. She forced me to add this.—MS) She also likes indie rock music, traveling the globe, being online and acquiring used books and vinyl records at discounted prices (aka “thrifting”).
But what does an account coordinator do on a day-to-day basis? We recently shadowed her and pulled out some key moments to really get a look into a day in the life of Anaïs. Here we go.
Well, time to get to work! With many customer experience-oriented clients, Anaïs spends a good amount of a given day monitoring key accounts and engaging with audiences on a number of social platforms. Here, she’s picking up the good ol’ telephone and discussing a brand-new engagement strategy with one of her clients.
It’s not a day at headquarters without some #TechTime with Evan. Raspberry pis, circuit boards, 360-degree cameras and more—we’ve got it all. Here we see Anaïs getting the lowdown on some of our tech-y toys that we use for live event coverage and creative content. Classic.
Afternoon meetings aren’t always a total drag when you’re collaborating with some valued and trusted colleagues. Anaïs has proven herself to be an expert brainstorm leader, and here we popped in on her kicking off a new project with a fellow team member.
Closing time! You never realize how the day just flies by. Between meetings, brainstorms, staying ahead of the game on her accounts and a whole lot of learning in between, Anaïs seems to feel pretty accomplished if you were to ask us. We’re pretty pleased as punch to have Anaïs around. She’s a pleasure to work with and adds a whole lot of character and charm to our team.
And yes, maybe this wasn’t an *average* day for Anaïs around here. But in our objective analysis, it comes pretty close.
