2015 is a confusing time to be a Philadelphia sports fan. That’s about the only
way I can describe it.

The** Flyers** just [fired their head coach](http://www.philly.com/philly/sports/flyers/Flyers_fire_coach_Craig_Berube.html),
which basically sums up how their season went. The **Phillies** season recently
began and guess what their odds of winning the World Series are? **500 to 1**. Yup,
those are the worst odds in all of professional baseball. And apparently its [#TebowTime](https://twitter.com/search?q=%23TebowTime&src=tyah)
for the **Eagles**. Yeah… Ok, Chip Kelly.

Then, there’s the Sixers, who just finished their season with one of the worst records
in the NBA — but there’s hope — and I’m not referring to the high draft pick that
they’ll be seeing as a result of this record, or the number of draft picks that
general manager Sam Hinkie has piled up for the future. The hope I’m talking about
comes from another promising young stud on the team:

_Whoever is running that [@Sixers](https://twitter.com/Sixers) Twitter account._

Seriously — if the Sixers are going to give out any type of team MVP award, give
it to this dude because whoever it was behind these tweets was _relentless_, _hilarious_
and **absolutely killed it** all season long.

I’m talking gifs, memes, Vines, topical humor, Twitter takeovers, unyielding engagement,
and so much more. You name it, this account was rattling it off. Let’s go to the@
Sixers  and I’ll show you what I mean:

Sixers win? Here’s a gif.

Or a Vine.

Or another gif. (I have to note that winning was a rare occurrence at the Wells
Fargo Center.)

I remember that jam. It had me like that as well.

Calling out the best shooter in the NBA? I like your style, @Sixers.

A Breaking Bad reference?! Gold.

Who else is excited for the future?

> That JaKarr and-1 was… *puts on sunglasses* …just what we needed. [pic.twitter.com/sYo2NJ5Kgh](http://t.co/sYo2NJ5Kgh)

They even channeled their inner “weird Twitter.”

> Let’s do it. [#AskTheAnswer](https://twitter.com/hashtag/AskTheAnswer?src=hash).

And the legend Allen Iverson himself takes over @Sixers! Every basketball fan’s
favorite content creator.

After The Answer’s takeover, they end the season on this.

We love you too, @Sixers Twitter. We love you too.
