Valerie Hoke

As an associate creative director, Valerie leads and manages projects primarily focused on editorial content and digital strategies. She began her ChatterBlast career eight years ago as a copywriting intern and progressed through multiple roles before advancing into her current position. She is also an associate adjunct professor at The University of the Arts, where she teaches a course in copywriting.

Valerie is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she studied English and gender and women’s studies. She has written as a contributor for publications like Technical.ly Philly, Generocity, and the Phoenix New Times, and she has volunteered her writing and digital strategy skills to nonprofit organizations in both Philadelphia and Phoenix. Originally from the Arizona desert, she now resides in Philadelphia with a collection of Sonoran cacti-turned-houseplants.
