We had to build hype with no match in sight, convert core-four Philly sports fans into soccer believers, and show Philly what the World Cup could mean for its culture and economy. That meant uniting a city, energizing communities, and outshining 15 other host cities—all while making sure every stakeholder felt like part of the starting lineup.
