Alterra Property Group is a real estate investment, development, and management company with multiple properties across the Philadelphia region. In 2019, we created and launched a strategic advertising plan for their new luxury apartment community, Lincoln Square. Due to the success of this first lead generation campaign, Alterra tasked us with managing the digital advertising campaigns at six additional properties.
The Challenge
A brand-new apartment community like Lincoln Square needs residents to fill it up. To support their leasing efforts, we first executed photo and video shoots to capture content, then launched an integrated advertising campaign to position the property to audience groups identified through research and targeting. When other Alterra-owned properties saw the effectiveness of the campaign, they became part of our lead generation-driven program.
