At the tail end of the pandemic, we joined the City of Philadelphia, the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, and a diverse coalition of civic organizations throughout the region to help activate a uniquely Philadelphia digital outreach program providing the information, confidence, and resources that communities needed to get back to the city we love.
Ready.Set.Philly! was a collaborative initiative focused on accomplishing three objectives: reopening and re-launching the economy, restoring Philadelphians’ senses of well-being, and ultimately redefining what Philadelphia will look like post-pandemic. We were tasked with supporting the city’s reopening and engaging stakeholders from across the city, so we developed a digital strategy that used dynamic storytelling to share information and and drive awareness.
Through a combination of dynamic video content and targeted advertising, our campaign complemented the traditional media buy and ensured audiences of regional commuters, tourists, and Philadelphians digested positive and morale-building news. Ultimately reaching 800,000 people, the campaign also supported and partnered with various city and state agencies to help promote and spread vaccine information and increase awareness about COVID safety and health resources. Our two crown jewel video series, The Good News Roundup and Gardenside Chats, built connections with local influencers and organizations to cover positive events and milestones during a time when the collective consciousness of Philadelphians was bleak and filled with uncertainty.
